To make my SCALLOPED FRINGED FLOWER for this card you will need to first need to cut a strip of Best Creations Inc. paper to 3/4 inch.

flower hop 1
I used BGP101 LILAC SWIRL

lilac swirlYUMMY!!

Cut along strip with fringe scissors.

flower hop 2

Cut along fringed strip with scalloped scissors.
flower hop 3

ink edges

flower hop 4

Put a glue on the end of strip and wrap the strip around it self curling the fringe outward as you go…add glue as needed to keep the flower tight.

flower hop 6

Now we can add our beautiful flower to our card and finish it!

Here is my finished card...

and a couple of close up photos.

For the rest of card I used Best Creation's Inc. Bunny Love.

From Here head over to the wonderful and talented Karen Thind’s blog for you next stop on this blog hop!
