To make my SCALLOPED FRINGED FLOWER for this card you will need to first need to cut a strip of Best Creations Inc. paper to 3/4 inch.
I used BGP101 LILAC SWIRL
Cut along strip with fringe scissors.
Cut along fringed strip with scalloped scissors.
ink edges
Put a glue on the end of strip and wrap the strip around it self curling the fringe outward as you go…add glue as needed to keep the flower tight.
Now we can add our beautiful flower to our card and finish it!

For the rest of card I used Best Creation's Inc. Bunny Love.
