A very happy Thursday to you all and I hope you day is going to be fantastic…..I am excited to say here in Missouri the snow has arrived and everything looks glorious!
I woke up this morning reminded of my resolutions made a few short weeks ago and I am happy to say I am making progress. We all have dreams and to make them come true we have to make step to see them come true…they do not have to be big steps..but moves forward.
Back on Jan 4 I emailed myself a link to a blog called Alice in Wonderland. She had put up her New Years resolutions and I could NOT have written them any better myself. She knew exactly what I had wanted to write down but had not yet… I want to thank her for putting down those words that I have gone back to and will continue to return to on my journey this year.
Now I want to share a layout I made using Spellbinder’s Paper Arts Dies and Get Picky Sketch #4.
This layout was made about my sweet grandson and his wonderful harmonica that he received for Christmas…he loved it and played and played wonderful songs! We thought at times he would pass out!
The Spellbinder’s Paper Arts dies I used for this layout were:
Big Scalloped Border Grand (flowers)
For this project I also used Webster Pages and Glue Dots to adhere my project!!
This my favorite layout at the moment…just looking at the fun Drew is having just makes me smile and the memory is captured…forever…and I am thankful for that!
Time to make today count….until next time….be creative!

Hi Karen, Laura from all about Pretty! popping by for a visit. Such pretty creations and what a "cutie pitoodie" grandson. What a blessing!

This is stunning, Karen! What a great design! I just love what you've done with those dies. The background is SO cool, and I totally love the Webster's goodies, of course. :) Adorable photos, and I love the paper curls.
Congrats on your Spellbinders win. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Gorgeous layout Karen, such concentration on your Grandson's face, just wonderful.
