In celebration of Spring approaching I made this spring colored frame for my sister-in-law. I covered the frame with Basic Grey paper added Prima blossoms, punched flowers and leaves. For the crown and glory I accented the flowers and leaves with yummy Butter Cream and Green Olive SHIMMERZ.
If you have not tried Shimmers......I promise you are going to fall in love...I know I have.
